One-on-one counselling in therapy rooms located in Elsternwick.
Online Counselling
Individual counselling via Zoom. This would be done in a safe, confidential space.
Session Fees
50 minute adult counselling sessions cost $160.
50 minute concession adult (18-30yo) sessions cost $140.
50 minute teen counselling sessions cost $120.
Please speak to me if finances are a barrier for you.
Rebates
You may be able to claim your sessions with me from your private health insurance, depending on your plan's coverage for counselling services.
Private Health Rebates are available for members of Bupa, Police Health Fund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, St Lukes Health, GMHBA and CUA Health (telehealth only), Teachers Union Health and Westfund.
If you are unsure whether your private health insurance includes an allowance for counselling services, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility.
NDIS
We are happy to work with any NDIS participant to reach their unique NDIS-goals and are willing to collaborate with any involved professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
You can allocate funds from your self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funds towards counselling under 'improve daily living'. Get in touch with us or with your Plan Manager for more information.
NDIS counselling sessions cost $220.
Fees are subject to review in Jan 2024.
What to expect from your first session
In the first session we will set the foundation for our work together. I'll enquire about your present-day circumstances (lifestyle, relationships, career, etc.), what brought you to therapy, and your past experiences with mental illness. We'll explore your expectations and therapy goals as we summarise the major issues, together. Most importantly, we will get to know each other in a safe and comfortable way.
