Trusted Counselling Professional
I help my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. I support people with their personal relationships and everyday functioning.
My calm and friendly nature means I intuitively create a comfortable space for clients to share and open up. I slowly introduce strategies that address the skill set as well as the mindset needed to encourage personal growth.
I work with adults and adolescents and advocate for all people to be heard and understood. I provide a safe space for people to talk about what is going on for them.
