I help my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Using an integrative approach to counselling, I support people with their personal relationships and everyday functioning.
My methods integrate both belief and behaviour-based interventions. I address the skill set as well as the mindset needed to encourage personal growth.
I also incorporate existential psychotherapy to work with: grief, anxiety, meaninglessness and change.
I work with adults and adolescents and advocate for all people to be heard and understood. I provide a safe space for people to talk about what is going on for them.
